Transparency
Where the money actually goes
We have no paid staff. Nobody at Gifts4Orphans draws a salary — we are students, parents and volunteers, so administrative overhead is close to zero.
Funds are transferred directly to the orphanage or to our liaison, Maxim Rudkovskiy, who lives near the Shchuchinsk Babyhouse. He agrees the need with the orphanage administration, buys the goods locally, and delivers them. For Ukraine, funds pass through the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, Georgia Branch.
